Meal Planning for December šŸŽ„ā„ļø

I will be quite honest, food and money have both been tough lately. The cold makes me so so so hungry and rather food focused. Not to mention there are lots of treats around for the holidays, and this time of year is not amazing for earning income as a personal trainer. That said, budget friendly meals are fun, and making a plan will be helpful for eating healthy for the holidays and living within my means. I hope this plan helps you too, or at least gives you some tasty ideas for December.ā˜ŗļø


Breakfast: Oats and Stuff

#1 Oats and Yogurt

-2 packets Better Oats, 200kcal

-2 containers Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt, 180kcal

#2 Oats, Fruit, and Yogurt

-2 packets oats, 200kcal

-140g frozen strawberries, 50kcal

-170g non-fat plain Greek yogurt, 100kcal

#3 Oats, Nut Butter, Fruit, and Protein Powder

-1 packet oats, 100kcal

-15g nut butter, 100kcal

-140g frozen strawberries, 50kcal

-1 serving protein powder, 150kcal (the one I have at least)

Post-Workout/Morning Snack (could also swap with afternoon snack)
