It's not fall yet, but I'm pretending. Maple, pumpkin, and baking are all in the mix this week, and I am excited for a pleasant week of eating good food.


Breakfast

-2 packets 100kcal Better Oats maple brown sugar with flax seeds packets, 200kcal


-2 Oikos Triple Zero yogurt cups, 180kcal


-1 Hoorbach Collagen Gummy, 10kcal


-2 Sports Research Omega-3 + Vitamin D pills, 15kcal


-Pre-Kaged fruit pre workout OR 60ml Nestle, Coffee Mate, Pumpkin Spice, Zero Sugar creamer (so awesome) with Hopelands Coffee (also awesome: https://hopelandscoffee.com/), 20-40kcal


-5g creatine


-1 probiotic pill

Post-Workout/Morning Snack
