This recipe has been my favorite for iced coffee lately. BEST is definitely my opinion, but if you like a sweet coffee, you'll enjoy this one for sure. It's also calorie friendly (around 10-20kcal total), and it's quick and easy. Here's  how to make it:

Ingredients

-3/4 c ice (a little more or less is fine)

-1 tbs instant coffee (decaf or caffeinated both work)

-2-4 tbs Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup (choose the number of tbs based on how sweet you like iced coffee)

-1/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I usually just do a generous splash, but this is my estimate for a measurement)

-1.5 c water (you may need a little more or less depending on the size of your

-Single serving blender and cup to serve coffee in

Directions

1. Scoop ice into blender cup.

2. Add instant coffee on top of the ice.

3. Add sugar free syrup and almond milk.

4. Fill the rest of the blender cup with water (do not exceed max fill line).

5. Screw on the blender lid and blend coffee until smooth.

6. Serve immediately and top off with more water to create a foam (or just drink as is).

7. The coffee can also be refrigerated and kept for later!
