(Adapted from Google AI and experimented on by me 😊)

These are okay lol. I thought they were good, but my boyfriend did not like them at all. That said, if you don't mind the taste of protein powder, you need a cookie, and/or you gotta get in some extra protein (these really don't offer that much protein, but a little bit for sure!), then you'll have fun with this recipe.

Ingredients

-125g Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolately Dreams peanut butter, 664kcal (can try whatever pb you have)

-60g Orgain, Organic Protein Powder, Vanilla Bean, 196kcal (can try whatever pea protein powder is available to you, vanilla or chocolate recommended)

-1 large egg, 70kcal

-Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Measure out peanut butter into a medium or large mixing bowl.

3. Whisk egg in a separate bowl (you can definitely use a fork if you don't have a whisk), and combine with peanut butter.

4. Measure out protein powder into peanut butter mixture and combine until everything is amalgamated and sticks together.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and separate the dough into 8 even balls (can use hands, spoons, and/or ice cream scooper; can also do 10-12 smaller cookies, or 4-6 bigger cookies).

6. Press a criss cross pattern into each cookie using a fork. Press down on each cookie with the fork and then turn the forknat a different angle to form an x or t. This will also make the cookie balls flat. Round the edges with your fingers if desired.

7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each cookie (optional).

8. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until edges start to look crisp.

9. LET THEM COOL! (or else they fall apart; allow at least 15 minutes before touching)

10. Enjoy! ☺️
