April Meal Plan ❤️‍🔥🌺

This month, my goal is to eat well, focusing on whole foods, variety, and enjoyment, all while meeting my protein and calorie targets (110g+ protein, and 1800-1900kcal).


The plans below are how my husband and I will stay organized for our cooking and grocery shopping. Dinner and weekend foods will change week to week, but I included our plan for this first week of April. There is also a grocery list included at the end.

MEAL PLANNING

Breakfast

• Proteins: Greek yogurt, protein powder (whey+vegan), eggs

• Carbs: oats, ground oats, bread, waffle mix

• Fats: peanut butter, almond butter, coffee creamer, butter

• Fruit/vegetables: frozen mixed berries, frozen mangoes, canned pineapple

• Misc: coffee, almond milk for smoothies, vitamins, creatine, pre-workout



Post-Workout

• Proteins: Fairlife Nutrition Plan Shake, Oikos Triple Zero or Light & Fit or Carb Master yogurt cups, protein powder

• Carbs: oats, Better Oats, cereal, Bobo's PB&J bar, canned fruit

• Fats: almond butter, coffee creamer

• Fruit/vegetables: n/a

• Misc: coffee, instant coffee, almond milk for smoothies



Lunch

• Proteins: Safe Catch canned tuna, chicken breast, Tyson frozen chicken, lean ground turkey/chicken/beef, egg whites

• Carbs: rice/brown rice, quinoa, bread, rolls, La Favorita Tortilla Chips, whole wheat pasta, frozen potatoes o'brien, sweet potatoes/potatoes

• Fats: eggs, mayonnaise (eggs + olive oil + lemon juice + salt), Bolthouse Farms Green Goddess Dressing, avocado, shredded cheese, Boulder Canyon potato chips, popcorn

• Fruit/vegetables: Kirkland broccoli florets, spring mix, Green Giant Antioxidant Blend, canned green beans, fresh fruit (oranges, bananas, peaches, nectarines, watermelon), apples always

• Misc: seltzer water



Snacks/Baking

• Homemade protein bars: protein shake, protein powder, Greek yogurt, oats, sugar free vanilla pudding mix

• Peanut butter pretzels

• Diet 5 Cranberry Pomegranate Juice

• Minute Maid Zero Mango Passionfruit Juice

• Gatorade Zero

• Bone broth



Dinner
